Registration & Important Information

For registration at Playland Daycare, please make sure your review the registration checklist on the first page of our registration form to make sure you have all the paperwork required. All of our forms needed will be on this page. Please make sure you print and fill them all out, and also read our parent handbook also listed on our website. For OSC, Pro D Day registration and Early Dismissal registration is via email.
